About Us

At Halton Alive we are dedicated to education and support because we know that it brings clarity and hope to difficult circumstances. We are passionate about seeing people thrive and believe the best way to support people through life’s crises and challenges is to offer a listening ear, access to practical resources, and a community of support. A woman in an unplanned pregnancy needs love and support for her and her unborn child. A lonely elderly person needs community and company.

Our attitude is positive, compassionate, and filled with grace. Our approach is honest dialogue without condescending judgement. We know how difficult circumstances can be. We know the choices are not easy. We are here to talk, to help and be honest about life.

Who We Are:

Our Vision:

Educate. Equip. Connect.

Imagine a world where women didn’t feel like abortion was their only choice. A world where pregnancy was celebrated, women were supported, men were loyal, and the unborn were valued as tiny growing human wonders.

Imagine a world where the elderly were celebrated for their wisdom and life experience. Where loneliness and the feeling of being a burden didn’t push them toward euthanasia.

That’s the power of education and support. At Halton Alive we believe it’s possible to value human life at every stage. We believe in choosing life over death when faced with challenges. We believe in facts and honest dialogue to challenge how people think, and community initiatives to help people live our their pro-life values.

Join us as we stand apart as a community committed to love, support, honesty, compassion and the value of human life at every stage.

What We Do:

At Halton Alive, we educate, equip and connect people. We do so by:

  • Providing resources that address the issues of abortion and euthanasia. We offer an honest look at these life issues and connect people with organizations that provide support and clarity.

  • Hosting our annual Life Talks Conference. It is a full day conference that addresses the life challenges of our culture with grace and truth.

  • Expanding the impact of our Life Talks Conference by transferring content to seminars that can be hosted by churches, youth groups or other community groups.

  • Assisting churches in approaching life issues with love and support. We also help facilitate Life Teams, which are teams of church members that are passionate about their pro-life convictions and are committed to a culture of life.

  • Providing presentations to highlight the value of life and the issues facing us today.

  • Bringing joy and hope to our elderly neighbours through our Inspire Hope program.

  • Being present in our community with our pro-life message. We set up info booths at conferences and events, host a Walk for Life each year, and engage with people through online content on our website and on social media.

  • Developing leaders by providing opportunities for the youth and next generation to be active and committed to the values of life.

  • Building cohesion among pro-life movement. We collaborate with many other pro-life groups from different backgrounds and showcase them at our Life Talks Conference.

“To be a pillar in our community that promotes the value of all human life.”
